ARCHAEOLOGICAL TOUR, VOLCANOES AND COFFEE ESTATES

(Daily Tour)

8:30 AM – Departure from hotel, we will head to Archaeological site Joya de Cerén, known as the America’s Pompeya and declared patrimony of the humanity by UNESCO. Continuing our tour we will visit San Andres Ruins, a pre-Columbian ceremonial place, where visitors can see the pyramid and its historical museum, legacy of the Mayan culture. After that, a visit to Apaneca village to enjoy lunch.

A mandatory town is Ataco, a colonial town with it narrow streets and artisans shops and a ideal place to enjoy a coffee from the area. Our tour continues to National Park of Volcanoes where there is a wonderful panoramic view.
At the end of afternoon returns to San Salvador.
